Stage 1: Demolition & Preparation

Successfully demolished existing walls & cleared all construction debris. Broke up concrete and dug out dirt to prepare for the installation of our trusted, old-school waterproofing system. This time-proven solution guarantees long-lasting reliability.

Stage 2: Installation & Protection

Installed the waterproofing and drain pipe system, then covered it with rocks and concrete for ultimate protection.

Outfitted the walls with a thermal shield to cleverly redirect any potential future leaks behind the thermal vapor barrier, right into the waterproofing system beneath the concrete floor.

Stage 3: Reframing & Renewal

After the concrete had cured, we returned to reframe the walls, setting the stage for the next phase of transformation.
